Robert is a lawyer offering expert legal counsel and representation. He is adept at fostering positive, long-lasting and trusting Client relationships. He possesses well established knowledge in commercial law and several years of experience in litigation and legal drafting. He practices sound and thorough case analysis and techniques.
Robert holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) (Honours) from Kenyatta University. He also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2017.
Expertise
The drafting of the Food Security Bill, 2017 that is yet to be passed into law. He acted as a legal researcher and drafter developing the first draft of the Bill in 2014.
Drafting of the Legal Aid Act, 2016. He participated as a researcher and collator of information.
The drafting of the Capital Markets Real Estate Investment Trusts Collective Investment Schemes Regulations, 2013 as a research assistant.
Participated in the case of Evans Odhiambo Kidero and 4 others v Ferdinand Ndungu Waititu & 4 others [2014] eKLR, in the legal team of for the Appellant as a researcher, collator and drafter. The Appeal was allowed by the Supreme Court.

Member of the Law Society of Kenya.
He has published a handbook titled Kenyatta University School of Law: Judicial Attachment Guide that is in use by all Kenyatta University law students undertaking judicial Attachment in Kenyan Courts.
He has written articles including a summary of Tax Procedures Act in Kenya and Estate Planning: Wills Versus Trusts.
