Perpetua Mburugu

Perpetua is an associate Advocate in the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Her areas of focus are on; estate planning, drafting, and advising on property related agreements, registering the transfer of property and bonds, sectional title transfers, share block conversions and consolidations of properties, acquisition or sale of properties, due diligence, general corporate and insolvency law.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma from The Kenya School of Law.
