Mwangi is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department, an astute litigant who has demonstrated prowess by handling intricate and high profile Commercial, Arbitration and Tax matters. He has successfully handled matters involving Bank recoveries, Constitutional Petitions, cases involving white-collar crimes, disputes before Arbitral Tribunals and the Tax Appeal Tribunals. He has also offered advisories on transfer pricing, international taxation and double taxation agreements.
Mwangi Holds an LL.B(Hons) degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in both the Kenyan and London Chapters and is currently pursuing his Higher National Diploma in Tax Administration at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration.

Currently representing KenGen over a multi-billion procurement dispute involving financing, construction, supply, maintenance, commissioning of a 140MW geothermal well in Olkaria.
