Experience
Representation of public sector institutions, including county governments, government agencies, independent commissions, and parastatals, in employment and labour litigation.
She is part of the legal team advising the government of Kenya in the acquisition of the Eurobond, 2026. She has worked on high-value matters involving significant commercial exposure, including transactions exceeding KES 1 billion. Her experience also includes supporting structured and project finance arrangements, with advisory roles to regional and international financial institutions on lending and financing structures. Representing Banks and Financial Institutions in debt recovery suits and other incidental proceedings. Dealing with insurance and negligence claims on behalf of leading local and multinational insurance companies.
