Kevin joined the firm as a pupil and was subsequently retained as an Associate in the Policy and Legislative drafting Department. During his period at the firm, he has acquired significant knowledge and experience in drafting various legislative and policy instruments, Commercial law, Criminal Law Litigation, Constitutional and Human Rights Law Litigation, Family and Children Law and Employment Law.
Kevin holds Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree and an undergraduate degree in Criminology and Security Studies both from Egerton University. He also holds a post-graduate diploma (PDG) from the Kenya School of Law.
Experience
Part of the team that drafted the Elections (Amendment) Act of 2022.
Participated in challenging of various petitions and claims filed in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal against the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
Part of the team challenging various petitions lodged against the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in relation to the 2022 General Election.
Participated in representing Banks in various debt recovery suits.
Currently part of the team that is advising and representing Kenya Commercial Bank Limited on a matter involving a disputed piece of land valued over Ksh. 6 Billion.
