Karen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a keen interest in the Dispute Resolution, Corporate, Commercial, and Intellectual Property areas of specialization. She currently works in the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial, Tax and IP practice group where she expertly represents clients in various transactions including the registration of foreign companies, trademark registration and disputes, mediation of domain disputes, legal advisory in Joint Venture transactions, among others.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi, a post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is currently undertaking her Masters Degree at the University of Nairobi specializing in Law, Democracy and Governance. She is also a qualified Certified Public Secretary (CS-K).

Karen has considerable experience in Labour Relations matters, Governance, Compliance and Investigations, Real Estate, Land and Environmental Litigation, Intellectual Property, Electoral Disputes, Data Protection litigation, Debt Recovery and eneral dispute resolution.
