Elias Ouma

Elias Odhiambo Ouma is a versatile and agile litigator in multiple areas of litigation with client-centric solutions to Client’s cases through mutual collaboration. Elias holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) (Honours) from Moi University. He also holds Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2023.

Elias is an adept legal researcher who actively participated in several moot court and essay competitions and won; Kenyan Best Essay Award in the Regional Eastern African Universities ICRC Essay Competition 2020, E.Z. Ongoya Award in the 6th AKMCC, winner of the 1st NCIA Regional Arbitration Moot Competition, Best Kenyan Debater in the 6th EAC debate Competition among others.

He has extensive experience in defending clients in challenging disputes such as the 2022 Presidential Petition 2022, employment dispute where the firm successfully defended the Judicial Service Commission in a Petition and Motion which sought injunctive orders against the process for recruitment for the position of Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya and Judge of Kenya, Construction law dispute against a State Corporation involving billions Kenya Shilling, defending a multinational telecom company is a suit whose subject value is exceeding over three hundred billions among others.
