Crispus Kitala joined the firm as a pupil and was subsequently retained as an Associate Advocate. Crispus is an astute and versatile legal professional, committed to delivering tailored and effective solutions for clients. His practice focuses on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment and Labour Law, Tax Law, Constitutional and Human Rights Litigation, Insurance Claims, Real Estate and Finance, Debt Recovery, and Family Law.

Crispus holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Experience
Part of the team acting for the Honourable Chief Justice, the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, and the Office of the Registrar Tribunals in a matter challenging the legality and constitutionality of the operationalization and functioning of the Tax Appeals Tribunal (TAT) under the Judiciary.
Part of the team representing the National Irrigation Authority in a matter before the Court of Appeal, where the Authority is challenging a High Court decision that summarily enforced the payment of amounts awarded by a Dispute Board under the FIDIC General Conditions of Contact for Construction, MDB Harmonized Edition, FIDIC 2010 (the FIDIC Pink Book).
Part of the team representing the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) at the Employment and Labour Relations Court in various cases filed by former Judicial Staff, claiming unfair termination of employment and/or wrongful dismissal.
Representing Banks and Financial Institutions in debt recovery suits and other incidental proceedings.
Dealing with insurance and negligence claims on behalf of leading local and multinational insurance companies.
