Our Projects & Infrastructure practice group serves as the Firm’s strategic platform for advising on capital-intensive, asset-driven and nationally significant developments across Kenya and the wider East African region. Our work spans diverse sectors including manufacturing and industrial plants, energy and power generation (including renewables), residential and mixed-use housing developments, transport and logistics infrastructure, and other large-scale commercial assets.
We act for sponsors, developers, lenders, EPC contractors, institutional investors and public sector entities on the structuring, development and financing of complex infrastructure projects.
Our approach is commercially anchored and execution focused. We combine deep sector knowledge with technical legal precision to guide projects from concept and feasibility through structuring, procurement, financial close, construction, operation and exit.
