Hellen Mbugua

Hellen is a Human Resource and Administration Manager with a wealth of experience in the credit, consultancy, pharmaceutical, and communications industries.

She is responsible for the People Management as well as the general office management of the firm’s offices in Nairobi and Eldoret. In this role, she ensures the smooth operation of the firm’s systems and processes, and that the firm delivers on its promises to its clients by adhering to agreed service level standards.

Hellen is a dynamic team member with a proven ability to take on new challenges. She demonstrated this ability early in her career when she transitioned from accounts to Human Resource Management.

Hellen is a graduate of the Kenya Methodist University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.

She is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) from the College of Human Resource Management and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Kenya Polytechnic (now Technical University of Kenya).
