Daisy Biwot joined the Firm as a Trainee and was subsequently retained as an Associate Advocate in the Disputes Resolution Department. She is an alumna of Kabarak University School of Law. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2024.


Her practice is shaped by a deep interest in the future of law and policy, with particular attention to Business and Human Rights Due Diligence, Fintech, Governance, Democratization, and International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.

Experience
Daisy has represented financial institutions, corporates, and public bodies in high-stakes disputes. She advises a broad range of clients across litigation, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and advisory matters, with a particular focus on Labour and Employment Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, Elections Law, Real Estate and Finance, Constitutional and Human Rights Law.

She is also actively involved in mediation processes and has prepared strategic legal opinions across a wide range of complex matters.

Membership and Affiliations
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and a Fellow at the African Parliamentary Monitoring Organisations Network (APMON).
